Forest School

Our Forest School

We are very proud to have a Forest School within our school grounds. Expertly led by Mrs Clark, all of our pupils benefit from this provision. All classes have 3 Forest School sessions throughout the academic year. These weekly sessions focus on the children experiencing the outside world more. Children completed a whole range of tasks including bug hunting, nature art and of course, the fire pit final week with marshmallows! 

Our Treetops children, along with other SEND pupils within our mainstream classes, attend Forest School sessions weekly, helping to broaden their experiences and build those positive relationships with other. 

We also fun special Family Forest School sessions at various points throughout the year often themed around calendar events such as Bonfire Night or World Book Day.
