Safeguarding Team

Safeguarding is the action that is taken to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm.

Safeguarding is everybody's responsibility.

If you have any concerns about a pupil please report these to Mrs Simpson in accordance with the safeguarding and whistleblowing policy.

Safeguarding Governors - Mrs Charlotte Martin

As governor responsible for ensuring safeguarding practice in the school is effective, Mrs Martin can be contacted by email: charlotte.martin@locking.extendlearning.org or by contacting the school office.

As a school we are part of ELAN and they also have a role in ensuring that we are effectively safeguarding

children and families by nominating an ELAN Designated Safeguarding Lead, Adam Matthews.
